Nuclear Blast Records brings us the first Overkill album in three years. First off I feel I should point out that, this is indeed, fucking Metal. Overkill on this album does exactly what shitty metal bands don’t do now a days, or rather they do what they try to imitate, but they do it well. Because they’re fucking Overkill. The fifteenth album, yes you read that right, from these thrash monsters doesn’t show any sign of the band slowing down. Vocals on this are great, the guitar work is more than great and the drums don’t quit. This is the best thrash album I’ve heard in a while. And I’m very glad it’s here, thrash needed it.
